Safety awareness before excavator use

Warning: When moving, check that the area around the machine is safe and sound the horn before moving. The rear of the machine is a blind area, so pay special attention when reversing

1. The machine moves forward

Return to work gear and lift 40cm-50cm off the ground. Operate the transmission lever as follows. When the Steering Bridge in front of the machine, first press the clutch pedal, full forward reverse gearbox second gear, gear in place, release the clutch, with the accelerator, the machine drive

2. Turn

Use The steering wheel mounted on the Dashboard to turn and Change Direction. Avoid sudden changes of direction as much as possible, which are based on the same principles as cars and low-speed trucks

3. Turn

Check to see if the surrounding area of the machine is safe when turning. Operate left working device joystick 1 to and from the superstructure

4 Machine parking

Like a car, you can stop the machine by pressing the brake pedal

5. Parking of machines

Avoid sudden stops. Give yourself plenty of space when parking, and choose a flat, firm place where there is no danger. If you must park your machine on a slope, put pads under your tires, and anchor the bucket into the ground as an additional safety measure. If there is a bulldozer, drop it to the ground and tighten the locking device

6. Shut down the engine

If the engine is shut down suddenly before cooling, it will greatly shorten the life of the engine. Therefore, unless in emergency, do not shut down the engine suddenly, especially when the engine is overheated, do not shut down the engine suddenly. The engine should run at medium speed, cool down gradually, and then shut down. Run the engine at low speed for 5 minutes and cool down gradually. Turn the key switch in the starting switch to the OFF position to turn OFF the engine. Remove the key from the start switch

7. Check after engine shutdown

Walk around the machine, looking at the working gear, paint and underparts, and check for oil or water leaks. If any, fix it. Check your gas box to see if it's filled up. Fill it up, please. Check the bottom of the engine for scraps of paper and debris and clean them up in case of fire. Remove dirt that sticks to the machine

Always keep these areas locked. Cab door. Don't forget to close the Windows, hood, new battery case cover
